Mayes County Contacts

This private site cannot check a live jail system, confirm a release, pull a government record, or change an agency entry. Contact the office that controls the specific Mayes County custody, court, state corrections, supervision, or notification record. The routes below separate those roles so a jail question does not go to a parole office and a court-order request does not go to a private website.

Mayes County Released Inmates is not a government office and cannot confirm custody, arrange release, retrieve records, or forward messages to a person in custody.

County Jail and Sheriff

Call the jail for a current detention or release-processing question. Use the Sheriff's Records Office for the publicly available portion of a booking or release record.

The Mayes District Attorney is listed by the sheriff at 918-825-2171 for prosecution or warrant-recall questions. A jail release log is not maintained by that office.

State Corrections Records

ODOC controls state prison, discharge, parole, and probation records. Use its general online open-record request for an active public record. Closed Records handles a discharged or closed custody-and-supervision file and can be reached at 405-425-2691. Victims with a legitimate release or status concern may contact ODOC Victim Services at 405-425-2607 or victim.services@doc.ok.gov.

The ODOC Sex and Violent Offender Registry applies only to people with a legal registration duty. Its unit can be reached at 405-425-7601 or osor@doc.ok.gov; registry-discharge questions use osordischarges@doc.ok.gov. It is not a general released-inmate lookup.

Probation and Parole Offices

ODOC lists overlapping Mayes County service areas. Provide the ODOC number and ask which office actually supervises the case rather than assuming from the city alone.

Chouteau Probation and Parole
120 West Main
Chouteau, OK 74337
Phone: 405-213-9059
Vinita Probation and Parole
487 South Wilson Street
Vinita, OK 74301
Phone: 918-323-0762

ODOC also lists a Tulsa sub-office contact at 918-398-1613 for Mayes, Tulsa, and Rogers counties. The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board can be reached at 405-521-6600 about parole dockets, process, and its notification system, but not a county jail gate time.

Custody Notifications

OK VINE supplies round-the-clock county-jail and ODOC custody information and notification. Search through VINELink or call 1-877-654-8463. VINE does not supply parole notification, so Board proceedings require the Pardon and Parole Board's separate process.
